How long in advance do I need to place my order?
- At least two (2) weeks if you'd like to receive a sample box.
- At least one (1) if you know the flavors and don't need the tasting box.
Is there a tasting included with the purchase of a cake?
- You can order a tasting box by Wednesday every week, and it'll be delivered to you on Saturday
- Along with the tasting box, you'll receive a discount code to be applied to the purchase of the cake. That way the tasting box is complimentary if you buy the cake
Do you have a physical location that we can visit?
- Our location is a kitchen only. No showroom or meeting space.
- Our services are conducted online. We do have team members ready to help you if you have any questions.
How is my payment handled?
- All payments are collected online at checkout. Secured and guaranteed by our credit card processor.
- Store offers an option (via a third party) to make payments in installments
How are your services different!
- Years of experience and great ingredients.
- We promise to make a yummy cake; that looks just like the picture, and deliver it on time.
How is the delivery calculated?
- We charge you a flat fee of a $100 that includes not only the delivery, but the setup as well.
- The delivery fee covers any address that is within 50 miles from Downtown Houston. If your address is out of that area, we'll add a separate fee later on.
Are cancellations allowed?
- If you cancel your order before two weeks prior to the event, we'll issue a store credit for the amount that you originally paid.
- Cancellations within two weeks prior to the event are not allowed.
